Nottinghamshire dancers about to take part in the London half marathon

Penny, one of our fabulous Nottinghamshire dancers, is taking part in the London half marathon as part of the Down Syndrome UK team on the 6th April 2025.
This is a huge challenge for Penny and 13 miles is quite a distance!!! But this isn’t about her personal challenge, it’s about raising valuable funds for families who have children with Down Syndrome and raising awareness.
Penny and family have been so fortunate with Ethan, he has no serious health problems and the family has a fantastic support network of professionals, friends and family but other families aren’t so blessed and their little ones may have serious health issues and very little support. DSUK and PADS provide valuable services and support for all families. We would be really grateful if you would consider making a donation on her just giving page to help her reach my goal - every little helps and anything you can give is greatly appreciated
