I became a Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor in October 2023.

I was struggling to find local classes that fit around my job as a paramedic and mum. 

​

I decided to become an instructor and help people like me by providing online classes at various times and days. 

​

I started my journey with burlesque chair dance in October 2023.  It wasn’t just about learning a new style of movement; it was a personal transformation. For years, I carried the weight of self-doubt and body image struggles. I believed I wasn’t “good enough” to join a dance class, despite the burning desire to do so.

​

But burlesque chair dance changed the narrative. It embraced me, flaws and all, and encouraged me to celebrate myself, just as I am. It reminded me that every woman, regardless of her looks, likes, body shape, or size, is a force of beauty and power. It shattered the illusion of perfection and replaced it with confidence and self-love. Now, my mission is clear. I want to be a part of something that celebrates women for the incredible beings we are. We can do amazing things, and we are ALL more than “Good Enough!” Burlesque chair dance isn’t just about the movements; it’s a celebration of femininity, empowerment, and the unapologetic expression of self.

£6 group classes, £5 flex-it, £35 a month unlimited (payment due same day each month) all classes are by booking only. All my classes are online via zoom.
