No prior experience or qualifications are necessary to become a Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor — just a passion for dance and a basic level of health and fitness. We’ll provide all the training you need to thrive!
During lockdown, we transitioned our courses online and quickly saw great success and popularity. We’ve become so proficient at delivering our online instructor training that we’ve decided to keep it that way. This format saves you money on travel and accommodations, while ensuring you receive high-quality professional training and plenty of support both during and after your course.
A three phase training programme that takes you from novice to qualified trainer!
PART 1: ENROLMENT & COURSEWORK
Coursework is provided at the point of enrolment; so, you can prepare for success from the comfort of your own home! You will login into our website to access a one hour practical video tutorial (To learn your first Burlesque Chair Dance routine 'Lady Marmalade') and all our theory modules. It's not rocket science don't worry, we're here to support you every step of the way and telephone and email support is available for all students throughout your journey.
PART 2: COMPLETE THE LIVE ZOOM TRAINING
Attend your training course: Online Training is via Zoom, all you need is a chair, a dance space of 1.5 meter square and an electronic internet device
(Laptop / iPad / Phone).
PART 3: THEORY ASSESSMENT
The final step to passing the course is completing your Theory Assessment. There is no resit fee or time limit, and you are welcome to resit it as many times as required at no extra charge. Upon successful completion of both the Theory and Practical Training; you will be a fully certified Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor and ready to open classes in your hometown!
